Prebaits Smelt 7 - 10cm

Prebaits Smelt 7 - 10cm

The irresistible attraction of genuine saltwater smelt

Smelt is an absolute phenomenon in deadbait fishing and is highly regarded worldwide for its incredibly strong and distinctive "cucumber" aroma. Predatory fish are absolutely addicted to this unique scent, which disperses rapidly underwater. This small variant from Prebaits measures between 7 and 10 centimeters, making it the ultimate bite-sized snack for targeting selective zander and big specimen perch. Its soft and supple texture ensures the baitfish moves naturally through the water columns and collapses easily upon a strike, maximizing your hook-up ratio.

Subtle bait presentation and ultimate bankside convenience

Thanks to its compact profile, this small smelt is exceptionally well-suited for active and refined tactics. Hook it onto a dynamic dropshot rig, mount it on a fireball jig just off the bottom, or suspend it enticingly under a lightweight float. Prebaits has individually vacuum-packed these baitfish, meaning you never have to thaw a solid block again. Simply take out the exact number you need from the 20 to 25 pieces included, while the remaining fish stay perfectly frozen and fresh for your next outing.
