Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

You may cancel and return your online order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal. After you have notified us, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

How to return an item

1. Email us at hengelsport2000@hotmail.com or call +31 20 694 8271 and tell us your order number and the items you want to return.

2. Pack the product well, preferably in its original packaging.

3. Send the parcel to: Hengelsport 2000, Kruidenhof 10, 1112 PS Diemen, the Netherlands. The risk of the return shipment is yours, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Conditions for returns

• The item is complete and in good condition, preferably in its original packaging.

• You may look at and try the product the way you would in a shop. If you use it beyond what is needed to assess it, we may deduct for any loss in value.

• Products that are custom-made or specially prepared (such as spooled fishing line) and products that spoil quickly (such as fresh bait) cannot be returned.

Cost of returning

The cost of the return shipment is yours, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Refund

After you withdraw, we refund the amount of your order, including the standard shipping costs of the original order, within 14 days. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you have sent it back. We refund to the account you paid with.
