Which data do we process and why?

• Orders: name, address, email address, phone number and order details. We use these to carry out and deliver your order and to inform you about its status. Basis: performance of the agreement.

• Payments: payments go through our payment provider Mollie. They process your payment details; we do not store bank or card details.

• Administration: we keep invoice and order records because the law requires us to. Basis: legal obligation.

• Warranty and customer service: we use your data to handle questions, complaints and warranty claims. Basis: performance of the agreement and legitimate interest.

• Newsletter: only if you give consent. You can unsubscribe at any time. Basis: consent.

• Website use: we use analytical cookies to improve the webshop. See our cookie policy. Basis: legitimate interest or consent, depending on the type of cookie.

Who do we share data with?

Only when needed to carry out your order: our payment provider (Mollie) and the carriers or parcel services that deliver your order. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long do we keep data?

We do not keep data longer than needed for the purposes above. We keep invoice and order records for as long as the law requires (in the Netherlands usually 7 years). We keep your newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Security

We store your data in a secure database and use a secure connection (SSL). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to hengelsport2000@hotmail.com; we respond within one month.
