Warranty & Complaints

Legal warranty

We do our best to deliver your order in top condition. Still, something can break in transit, or a product may not be what you can reasonably expect. In that case you can rely on the legal warranty. Report the defect within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

  2. Tell us your order number, a short description of the problem and, if possible, send a photo.

  3. You are also welcome to visit our shop in Diemen Zuid (Kruidenhof 10).
