Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times

Order before 12:00 and we aim to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you straight away.

Shipping costs

All prices in our webshop include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

• The Netherlands: orders under € 100 pay € 8.50 shipping. From € 100 we deliver free of charge. This does not apply to unusually long packages, such as one-piece fishing rods.

• Outside the Netherlands and the Wadden Islands: different rates apply. In the last step of your shopping cart, before you pay, you will see exactly what the shipping costs are for your address. At the bottom of this page you can see which countries we ship to.

Packages longer than 80 cm and fishing rods are only shipped within the Netherlands.

Pick up in our shop

You can also pick up your order free of charge in our shop in Diemen Zuid (Kruidenhof 10). How it works:

1. Place your order in the webshop and choose Pick up in store as delivery option.

2. You can pay online straight away, or choose to pay at pickup (card or cash).

3. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you or you will receive a message.

Ordering for your business (invoice with VAT number)

Ordering for your company? At checkout, under Billing address, turn on the switch Business order?. Then enter your company name and, if you wish, your CoC number and VAT number. These details will appear on your invoice. You receive the invoice by email with your order confirmation.
